| This Seminar is designed to: |
| 1. Promote the proper use and understanding of the Greenbook. |
| 2. Highlight and discuss the various general provisions, their relationship to the Public Contract Code and their implementation during contract administration. |
| 3. Address the use of the Greenbook as the Standard Specifications for most public works projects through proper preparation of complementary special provisions. |
