The Public Works Institute is a 90-hour, four module program taught by Southern California public works professionals with real world example and lessons. Modules are offered twice a year in 3-day increments. The Institute is geared towards educating the public works professionals and providing them with the skills and techniques needed for management and leadership. The committee duties include speaker recruitment and management, acquiring and preparing learning materials, and overall planning of the Public Works Institute.
