Bylaws

The SoCal Chapter Board of Directors has completed its periodic review of the Chapter Bylaws and is proposing amendments that have been approved by national APWA. A redline version of the current Bylaws with the proposed amendments is attached and must be approved by members of our Chapter. The most significant of the proposed changes to the current Bylaws are found in Article VI, which redefine roles and duties  of the Chapter Officers to better balance the workload and strengthen Chapter leadership succession planning.
